22/2/17: Owners told NOT to use dangerous tumble dryers

The above fire video, uploaded by the sirens999sirens channel, apparently resulted from a faulty tumble-dryer. Thousands of users of potentially faulty Hotpoint, Creda and Indesit dryers have until today been told they were OK to continue to use, providing someone was in attendance, but now Whilpool, the brands' owner is syaing affected devices must be unplugged until modified.

Whirlpool has a freephone helpline: 0800 151 0905

There are also online 'checkers; at here for Hotpoint and here for Indesit
