Tyre Checks

In due course, this site will post a piece on tyre (N.B. according to online checks, 'tyre' is the preferred spelling for the UK, but the US spelling as 'tire' is also acceptable these days) requirements across Europe. Any suggestions as to sources of quality content will be welcomed.

A specific piece will also look closer at several other aspects of tire safety, including the new EU tyre labeling system,  the relative merits of 'summer', 'all season' and 'winter' tyres, and the importance of maintaining appropriate tyre pressures.
